Job description:
- Running, maintenance and programming of SMT Machines.
- Performing preventive maintenance activities on SMT Machines.
- Generates and maintains documentation on equipment maintenance (check sheets, standard reports, part validations, etc.)
- Performs continuous machine assessment activities and generates and executes corrective actions.
- Repair and trouble shoot machines to ensure continues production.
- Responsible for machine development and program optimization.
- Generate report for all trouble encounters in the line especially on the machine.

Having started as Production Operator in 2010 and progressed to Team Leader, then Inspector, Kayleigh has been integral to the growth and development of the Philtronics team. Tell us about your role at Philtronics. A. My role involves training not only new starters but also training experienced Philtronics employees. I recently passed my IPC/WHMA-A-620 Certified Trainer exam, so I can provide training on ensuring and certifying the quality and reliability of box build assemblies.
Within this case study, we will present the ways in which we have leveraged digital technologies to transform traditional processes, systems, and services into their digital counterparts.
